Harry Peters was received into membership in Trinity Evangelical and Reformed Church in 1923 through the Sacrament of Baptism. He also was a member of the Churchmen's Brotherhood of the Church.

His troubled nights are past;
And in our aching hearts we know
He has found sweet rest at last.
