Services are Held Thursday for Edwin Hoermann

Edwin Hoermann, 50, farmer of the Germantown community, where he had lived his entire life, died Monday, April 14 at the Lutheran hospital in Sioux City. Ill with pneumonia for some time, he was taken to the hospital four days before his death.

Funeral services were held Thursday at St. John Lutheran church with the Rev. G.B. Eschenbacher officiating. Interment was in St. John cemetery.

Mr. Hoermann died at the age of 50 years, 11 months and 8 days of double pneumonia.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Anna Hoermann and one brother, Emil, of Germantown.
