One of Paullina's elderly residents passed away Sunday after a long illness. Hans Jenson, who has made this his home for the past few years, died on May 23. He had a choking spell while he was eating and died soon after.

Mr Jensen was a native of Denmark, haviug been born In that country on February 10, 1839, being therefore past 70 years of age He came to this country and took up farming but had retired some years ago

He came to Paullina from Alta about live years ago and made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Dorothea Anderson. A few years ago Mr Jenson suffered a severe accident in a runaway and had been crippled ever since Since last December had been confined to the house and had been gradually failing in health.

The body was taken to Alta this morning for Interment.
