1908 - FRIEDA PAULING - 1966

Frieda Pauling, daughter of William Tesch and Sophie nee Ebert was born on February 27, 1908 near Germantown, Iowa.

On July 24, 1930, she was married to Erwin Mesner To them four children were born. In 1949 her husband passed away. Frieda was employed at Millers General store for a number of years.

On Oct. 17, 1955, she was married to Ed Pauling They made their home in Germantown until the time of her death August 21, 1966. She attained the age of 58 years, 5 months and 24 days

Funeral services were held August 24, at St. John's Lutheran church, Germantown, the Rev H. C. Bentrup officiating Interment was in St. John Lutheran cemetery

She is survived by her husband Ed, four children, Darlene, Mrs. Don Sickelka, of Gaza; Dewane of Lake Park, Geraldine, Mrs. Orlan Stamer of Granville and Darwin of Minneapolis, Minn. Also by 10 grandchildren and her mother, Mrs. Sophie Mesner of Paullina.

She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Hilda, Mrs. Charles Miller of Cleghorn; Lucille, Mrs. William Hurtig of Sutherland; her brothers, Ray, of Everly, Ira of Paullina, and Reinhard of Paullina.

She is also survived by the following half brothers and sisters. Ella, Mrs. Ray Appeldorn, Paullina; Marcella, Mrs. Delbert Appeldorn of Paullina; Leroy of Primghar, Luetta, Mrs. Leslie Dau of Paullina, John Mesner of Minnesota, Earl Mesner of Sutherland and Walter of Paullina.
