1950 - JOHN ROHLFSEN - 1966

John C. Rohlfsen, son of Clarence and Virginia Rohlfsen was born on April 11, 1950 at Primghar, Iowa. He was baptized and confirmed at Zion Lutheran church.

A Paullina High School junior he was very active in Walther League and Future Farmers of America. He lost his life in a car accident Sept. 17. He attained the age of 16 years, 4 months and 6 days.

He is sur-in both the liturgy and the ser-ers, [sic]

(He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rohlfsen and brothers)
Russell and Dan, at home; his grandparents Mr and Mrs. Virgil Booton of Coon Rapids and William Rohlfsen of Sioux City, and many other relatives.

Interment was in Prairie View cemetery following services held Sept. 20 at Zion Lutheran church, Rev. Paul Sohn officiating.
