Steve W. Kruger passed away on May 28, 2010. Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the Zoar Presbyterian Church of George, Iowa

Reverend Dale Lint will officiate. Interment will follow at the Zoar Cemetery of George, IA.

The family expresses their deepest gratitude for your presence on this day.

Steven Wayne Kruger was born on January 9, 1957 in Luverne, MN to Leroy and Patricia (Abraham) Kruger. Following a car accident on December 19, 1959, which took his parents' lives, Steven and his brother Curt went to live with Martin and Marie Kruger in George.

Steven grew up in George and graduated from the George high school in 1975. One of Steven's joys in high school was wrestling and in his senior year placed 6th in the State tournament.

Following his graduation, Steven worked in the construction trade, finally settling in Imperial, Nebraska. Steven later moved to Wauneta, Nebraska where he resided until his death on May 28, 2010.

Steven is survived by his brothers; Curt of George, Iowa, Henry (Deanna) of Ashton, Iowa, Sister-in-law Marilyn Kruger of Rock Rapids, Iowa, and three nephews; Dean (Carol) Kruger of Little Rock, Iowa, Dan (Cheryl) Kruger of Slater, Iowa, and Larry Kruger of Marion, Iowa.

Steven was proceeded in death by his parents; one brother Frank, and one niece Monica.
