1925—RAHLAND FISCHER—1965

Rahland Ralph Fischer, the son of Robert and Anna Strasheim Fischer, was born April 24, 1925 at Pierce, Nebraska, and passed away at Calumet, Iowa, December 3, 1965 at the age of 40 years, 7 montlis and 11 days.

He attended high school at Lynch, Nebraska. During World II he served in tho United States Army For the past 14 years he resided in Calumet and had been employed by Moorman Feeds as salesman.

On June 15, 1918 he was united in marriage to Betty Hopkins at Primghar, Iowa. To this couple three children were born; Eugene Ray, Linda Renee and Janet Marlene all living at home.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Eugene.

Survivors include his wife, Betty, their three children, his parents, three brothers, Marlin and Leslie of Calumet, and Paul of Marcus, two sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Delilah) Rabe, of Paullina, and Miss Marvene Fischer, of Chicago, Illinois; numerous other relatives and many friends.
