In Response To: The Dorland Enigma Solved (Judy Cassidy)

Hello...I am a Dorland decedent. I have the book Dorland In America.. My G-grandfather is Not Listed in it( b:1857 Canada ) His name is in it a few times but it is most likely Cousins. Born same generations.
I can see lack of information in 1850's and after as they all split back up during the western expansion of the railroads.. I see many names mixed up because of recycling same names and marrying cousins.
I have done DNA testing. Will your book help me at all? I am worried if you used Online family trees it will still be hosed up.
thanks Ed McCoy G-grandson of Willet C. Dorland b:1857 Canada& Maire Carr Hogg Dorland Philadelphia A catholic.. Fact .. Willet C changed his name to William to convert to a catholic.
Thanks Ed McCoy
