Funeral services for Brian Ralfs, 24, Muscatine, grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ralfs, Durant, were held at Davenport Nov. 23 with the Rev. Mark Holmer, St. Matthew's Lutheran church officiating. Burial was in the Durant cemetery.

Mr. Ralfs died as the result of injuries received in a car-truck accident near Muscatine Nov. 20.

The son of Alan and Janice Gilbert Ralfs, he was born at Davenport July 26, 1963. He was a 1980 graduate of the Durant Community schools. He was employed by Musco Sports Lighting, Muscatine, as a welder.

He is survived by his parents, Stockton; a brother, Richard, Davenport; a sister, Cindy Denkau, Walcott and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralfs and Bernice Gilbert, Davenport.
