Funeral services for Mrs. William (Fannie E.) Sinkler, 98, were held at Muscatine May 6 with the Rev. Don Campbell officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park cemetery.

Mrs. Sinkler died at a convalescent home in Muscatine May 4.

The daughter of Thomas and Helen Harrod Bates, she was born in Rodman March 2, 1884. She was married to William Sinkler in Sweetland Dec. 27, 1904. She was a member of the Methodist church.

She is survived by a son, Floyd, New Park Richie, Fl, 2 daughters, Mrs. Irvin (Helen) Dhesling and Mrs. William (Ruth) Coutant, both of Muscatine; 17 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren and 49 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, 2 brothers and a sister.
