Services for Mrs. John (Helen) Wolf, 79, were held at the West Liberty United Methodist church Jan. 20 with the Rev. Frank Greenwood officiating. Burial was in Oakridge cemetery. Mrs. Wolf died at her home in West Liberty Jan. 16.

The daughter of Charles and Emma Miller Schiele, she was born in Cedar county May 26, 1902 and was married to John Clark Wolf in West Liberty Feb. 7, 1923. She was a member of the United Methodist church, a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, the Floriculture society and the Hartupee club.

Mrs. Wolf is survived by 4 daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Peck, New Virginia; Mrs. Richard (Marie) Anderson, West Branch; Mrs. Thomas (JoAnne) Moehl, Munster, Ind. and Mrs. Everett (Lorraine) Brundeen) Maybank, Texas; 2 sons, Charles, West Branch and Wayne, West Liberty; a brother, Carl Schiele and sister, Lois Schiele, both of West Liberty; 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and 2 grandchildren.
