Funeral services for Paul Edgar Muchow, 90, Muscatine, father of Mrs. Lavern Doermann, were held at the Eliza Community church Nov. 6 with burial in the Eliza Creek cemetery.

Mr. Muchow died at a Muscatine convalescent center Nov. 4.

The son of Herman and Agnes Colberg Muchow, he was born in Muscatine Aug. 28, 1890. He spent his life in the Muscatine area.

His first marriage to Laura Fuhr took place in Edgington, Ill. He later married Gladys Irwin Wagner May 25, 1932 in Macolm, Ill. He was a retired farmer and was a member of the Eliza Community church.

Survivors include a son, Eldon Wagner, Eliza, Ill., 2 daughters, Jennie Lucile Wagner, Eliza, Ill., and Mrs. Lavern (Anker Marilyn) Doermann, Tipton, 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister, both wives, a grandson and a granddaughter.
