Funeral services for Mrs. George (Helen) McCoy, 54, Moscow, were held at the Moscow Methodist church Jan. 14 with the Rev. Paul Pennington officiating. Burial was in the Moscow cemetery. Pallbearers were Jerry and Samuel McCartney, Don Ghrist, Don Meyer, Harlan Marolf and Lyle Birkhofer. Emma Birkhofer was organist and James Ayres vocalist.
Mrs. Mccoy died at her home in Moscow Jan. 10.
The daughter of Spiro and Katherine Vasso Andon, she was born in East Moline, Ill. May 17, 1925. She was married to George McCoy at Moscow Oct. 16, 1976. She was a member of the Rock Island chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Moline Presbyterian church.
She is survived by her husband, her mother, a brother, Stanley Andon, East Moline, 5 sisters, Mrs. Bessie Marshall, Jennie Andon and Mrs. Antonette Baber, all of East Moline, Sophie Martel of Moline and Viola Calvert, Port Byron, Ill.
