Funeral services for Donald A. Kallenberger, 64, were held in Muscatine Dec. 21 with burial in Memorial park cemetery, Muscatine, where military services were conducted by the American Legion, the VFW and World War I Barracks.

Pallbearers were Terry Norwood, Dr. George Blackwood, Carroll DeVore, Gerold (Todd) Swick, Roger Swick and Danald Kallenberger.

Mr. Kallenberger died at the home of his mother, Mrs. Hazel Kallenberger, in Tipton, Dec. 18.

The son of Fred and Hazel Edmonson Kallenberger, he was born in Grandview, Aug. 16, 1912 and was married to Winnifred Bourne in Muscatine, Oct. 4, 1947. He was a resident of Muscatine most of his life. He served in the army in World War II and was a member of the American Legion.

He is survived by his mother, a son, Donald A. Kallenberger, Jr., Muscatine; 2 grandchildren and 2 sisters, Mrs. Harold (Helen) Swick, Tipton and Mrs. Allen (Ethel) Gray, Muscatine. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
