Funeral services for Mrs. Harolde (Mary E.) Rummells, 76, were held at the West Liberty United Methodist church July 13 with the Rev. Lawrence Carlton officiating. Burial was in Oak Ridge cemetery.

Mrs. Rummells died at her home in West Liberty July 10 following a heart attack.

The daughter of Robert and Dora Barnes Wagner, she was born at West Liberty Dec. 27, 1897 and was married to Harolde J. Rummells at West Liberty April 8, 1971.

She was a school teacher and prior to retiring in 1964, taught 26 years at the Iowa Training School for Girls, at Mitchellville.

She was a life member of the West Liberty United Methodist church and a member of the Knights of Pythias.

Surviving are her husband and a nephew. A sister preceded her in death.
