Funeral services for Mrs. Angeline Nehas, 74, were held at the Gill Memorial home, Wilton, July 6 with the Rev. Garth Baker officiating. Burial was in Oakdale cemetery.

Mrs. Nehas died at the Wilton nursing home July 3, following a short illness. She had been living at the nursing home for several years.

Mrs. Nehas was born in Greece, Jan. 8, 1900 and was married to John Nehas in Greece, Dec. 29, 1925. She had been a resident of the Muscatine-Wilton area for nearly 50 years. She was a member of the Greek Orthodox church, Moline, Ill.

Surviving are a son, James, Muscatine; 2 daughters, Mrs. Donald (Rhoda) Grunder, Wilton, and Mrs. Harry (Georgia) Vartanian of Massachusetts; and 8 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a sister and a brother.
