Funeral services for Mrs. William F. Paustian, 73, were held Jan. 9 at Davenport with burial in the Walcott cemetery. Mrs. Paustian died Jan. 6 in Davenport Osteopathic hospital after a short illness.

Mrs. Paustian, the former Edna (B .C.) Dittmer, was born near Durant in Muscatine county Nov. 27, 1893. Her parents were Henry and Katie Dittmer.

Her marriage to Mr. Paustian took place in Davenport Dec. 26, 1917.

Mr. and Mrs. Paustian lived in Walcott the last 10 years since retiring from the farm in the Stockton area for 39 years.

Surviving are her husband; one daughter, Ione B., at home; a sister, Nelda Dittmer, Durant, a brother Romeo Dittmer, Stockton. A brother preceded her in death.
