Services for Ephriam Fenstermaker, 87, were held at West Liberty March 10. The Rev. Robert Reynolds of the Presbyterian church officiated. Burial was at Oakridge cemetery.

The Mt. Calvary Lodge, AF and AM, held memorial services at the graveside.

Fenstermaker died at 7 a.m. March 8 at the Hawker nursing home after a lingering illness. He had been at the home for some time.

The lifelong West Liberty resident was a retired farmer.

Born Oct. 19, 1876, at West Liberty, he was the son of Benjamin Franklin and Sarah Wells Fenstermaker. He was a member of the Presbyterian church and was a 50-year Mason.

Fenstermaker was married to Clara Hill, Sept. 28, 1910, at West Branch. She preceded him in death in 1940.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Edith Jensen, West Branch; 2 brothers, Raymond, West Liberty, and Sidney, Indianapolis, Ind.; 4 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
