Funeral services for Adolph F. Paper, 61, Stockton farmer, will be held at 1 p.m. today (Thursday) at Runge chapel, Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial park.

Mr. Paper died Sunday night at Mercy hospital, Davenport, after an illness of about 17 months.

He was born in Muscatine county Aug. 27, 1902, and was married to Viola Soenke at Davenport, Oct. 7, 1926. The couple farmed in Cedar county for 2 years. For the past 35 years they have farmed near Stockton. Mr. Paper was a member of the Scott County Farm Bureau.

Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Max V. (Valeria) Ganzer, Stockton; 3 grandchildren, Linda Lona and Loran Ganzer; a brother, Alfred, Durant, and a sister, Mrs. Edwin (Frieda) Schroeder, Stockton.
