Rites for Samuelson

Victor A. Samuelson, 71, former resident of Fairfield, died suddenly Sunday at 1 p.m., at his home at West Liberty. He was a retired farmer.

The service will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church in West Liberty. The Snider Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at West Liberty.

Samuelson was born Oct. 7, 1907 in Memphis, Mo., the son of Andrew and Jennie Hisel Samuelson. He was married to Bonnie M. Harper on Nov. 8, 1926. She survives.

Also surviving are nine children, 29 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; four brothers including Vern and Ernest Samuelson of Fairfield; and five sisters.
