Casper Kirsch, 86, Former Muscatine Man, Is Summoned
Casper Kirsch, 86, former Muscatine resident, died at his home in St. Louis, Mo., Tuesday, according to word received here.
Mr. Kirsch was born in Muscatine March 12, 1846, and had spent many years of his life here, following the painting trade. He left Muscatine about 35 years ago.
Surviving are three children, Mrs. James Farley, Kansas City, Mo., and George and Dan Kirsch, at home. Mrs. Kirsch and one son, John, preceded him in death and two sons died in infancy.
Funeral services were conducted at St. Louis this afternoon and burial was in a St. Louis cemetery.
