Leonard Everett

Leonard Elliott, 87, of Muscatine died at 10:30 a.m. Friday June 2, 1995, at the Muscatine County Care Facility.

Funeral services will be 9 a.m., Tuesday at St. Mary’s Church. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday at the Riley Funeral home.

Mr. Elliott was born on Jan. 27, 1908, in Muscatine County, the son of William and Victoria Miller Everett.

He was a lifelong resident of Muscatine County and a farmer. He had lived at the Care Facility since 1949.

He is survived by one brother, Louis Everett of Tipton; one sister, Gertrude Yerington of Muscatine, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
