Services for Mrs. Caroline Fisch Maurer, 91, lifetime resident of Wilton Junction who died Monday in Bellevue hospital, Muscatine, will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in Griffith funeral home at Wilton Junction.

The Rev. Robert Dodder of the Methodist church will officiate. Burial will be in Oakdale cemetery here.

Born Dec. 7, 1865, in Moscow township, Muscatine county, the former Caroline Fisch was wed to Fred A. Maurer in 1888. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Maurer was a member of the Wilton Junction Presbyterian church, American Legion Auxiliary, Women's Relief Corps, Wilton Junction Women's club and Wilton Junction Garden club.

Surviving are two grandchildren, Kenneth D. Kelley, Moscow, and Mrs. Gus Heinrich, Wilton Junction, and four great grandchildren.
