Mrs. Fred Wilson, 59, a native of Moscow, died Friday at St. Luke's hospital in Davenport after an illness of two weeks. Funeral services were held Monday.

Mrs. Wilson, the former Mary (Bessie) Williams was born Oct. 2, 1897 in Moscow. She attended the Moscow and Stanwood schools.

She was married to Frank Wilson July 5, 1918 in Rock Island, Ill. The couple lived in Muscatine for two years before going to Davenport. She had worked at the Lend-a-Hand club for 31 years.

She is survived by her husband, a son, William, Davenport, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
