Rudolph Claus Warner, 71, died suddenly at his home at Atalissa Feb. 6.

He was a retired farmer and had lived in Atalissa since 1943.

Mr. Warner was born Sept. 16, 1886, at Walcott and farmed in Minnesota and near Stockton before coming to Atalissa. His wife, the former Edna Stiles, in a native of Atalissa.

Survivors include his widow; and three sisters, Mrs. Lulah Lendt, Davenport; Mrs. Rose Harsh, Washington state, and Mrs. Emma Detlfs, Victorville, Calif.

Services were held Saturday at West Liberty. Burial was in Oakridge cemetery.
