MRS. HAZEL BILLINGS

COLUMBUS JUNCTION —Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Billings, 82, of 709 East Washington St., Mt. Pleasant, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Stacy Lewis Funeral Home here with Rev. Harold Olson officiating. Burial will be in the Columbus City cemetery.
Mrs. Billings died at 9:30 p.m., April 1 in Burlington.
Born December 29, 1888 at Wilton Junction, she was the daughter of Ora and Dora
Hesser Felton. She was married March 25, 1908, at Nichols to Charles E. Billings.
Mrs. Billings was a member of the United Methodist Church in Columbus Junction,
a 50-year Royal Neighbor, and a Past Noble Grand of the Silver Leaf Rebecca Lodge.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Helen) Phiering and Mrs. Carl (Evelyn) Braddy, both of Davenport; one son, Cecil of Mt. Pleasant; 14 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.
There will be a visitation at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
