NICHOLS - Private funeral services for Ray A. .Morris, 86, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Snider Funeral Home in West Liberty. Rev. Robert Foster will officiate.
Friends may call at the funeral home tonight. Burial will be in line Nichols cemetery.
Mr. Norris died at his rural Nichols home following a heart attack Sunday night. He was a retired farmer.
Born in Nichols on Mar. 11, 1886, he was the son of Thomas E. and Elnora Brown Norris. He married Nellie Mae Troutman on Mar. 14, 1907 in Wapello.
Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. John (Helen) Tatge, Nichols.
He was preceded in death by his wife, one son and one sister.
