Death Summons Mrs. Pantel at Residence Here

Mrs. Annie Pantel, a resident of this community all her life, died at 10:40 a. m. Sunday a her home, 506 East Third street after a long illness.
She was born on May 8, 1863 the daughter of Xavier and Emily Briggs Eiseli, at the foot of Eisele's hill on highway No. 61 and had spent all her life here and at the place of her birth.
She was married to Charles Pantel in September of 1884 by the Rev. Mr. Reinemund. Mrs. Pantel was of the Lutheran faith.
Surviving are one son, George Pantel, Muscatine; two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Bair, Letts, and Mrs. Emma Hughes, Muscatine; one brother, Joseph Eisele, Ft. Worth Tex.; one grandchild.
Her parents, husband, two half-brothers and one brothel preceded her in death.
The body is at the Fairbanks Home for Funerals where it will remain for services, to be conducted at 2:30 p. m. Wednesday by the Rev. Julius Holm, pastor of Zion Lutheran church. Interment will be in Greenwood cemetery.

Note: Maiden name should be Eisele
