Muscatine, Ia., Nov 23. – Mrs. Elizabeth Hill, aged 81 years, a lifelong resident of Louisa county and of Muscatine the last six years, died at 7:45 o’clock this morning in the home of her son, John C. Hill, 1501 Mulberry avenue, after a 10 weeks illness of infirmities of old age.
Mrs. Hill was born in Ohio in 1844 and when 13 years old came to Wapello with her parents. She had since resided in Louisa county. Her marriage to Israel Hill occurred Oct 1, 1865 and of 10 children born to the union, six survive. The husband died 22 years ago. The surviving family includes Mrs. Addie Christ of Center Point; Herbert, Conesville; Samuel, Cedar Rapids; Robert, Portland, Ore.; Jesse, North Liberty and John C. Hill of this city. Ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

BURIAL OF MRS. E. HILL WILL BE AT CONESVILLE

Muscatine. la.. Nov. 24.—The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth Hill, who died Monday morning, will be held Wednesday morning at 11:30 o'clock from the home of her son, John C. Hill, 1501 Mulberry avenue, and at 2 o'clock from the Reformed church at Conesville. Burial will be in the Conesville cemetery.
