GEORGE ZESIGER
OF MOSCOW DIES

Muscatine County Resident
Succumbs to Brief Ill-
ness at Hospital.

Moscow -- George Henry Zesiger of Moscow died late Tuesday at Hershey hospital, where he had been rushed Monday night, after a 24 hour illness.

The son of Charles and Charlotte Zesiger, George Zesiger was born in Clarington, O., June 27, 1871. He came to Iowa as a young man, and in 1900 married Miss *Leona Lippencott [see note].

Surviving are the widow; two children, Mrs. Helen Birkhofer of Moscow and Harold Zesiger of Davenport; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Harris and Mrs. Cora Helfrick of Cleveland, O., and Mrs. Amelia Arrick of Glen Dale, W.Va.; six brothers, Charles of Spirit Lake, Ernest of Wisconsin, Ed and Homer of Cleveland, Reuben of Los Angeles, Calif., and Elmer of Davenport; and four grand children.

Mrs. Zesiger was a member of the Grace Reformed church of Wilton.

Funeral services are as yet incomplete.
