DAISY BELLE ROSS

Mrs. Daisy Ross, 75, of 1208 Indiana Street., died at 6:55 this morning at the Muscatine General Hospital following a short illness.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 Monday afternoon at the Geo. Wittich Funeral Home with the Rev. A.A. Buntenbach officiating. Burial will be in the Bloomington Friends Cemetery.

Born March 15, 1895, in New Haven, Mo., she had been a resident here since 1920. She was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Hiram Jones. Mrs. Ross had been married three times; to John Nelson, Samuel Etter, and William Ross.

Surviving are one son, Frederick R. Nelson of Davenport; three daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Marjorie) Perkins of New Haven, Ind., Mrs. George (Mabel) Schroeder, Muscatine; and Mrs. Bill (Joyce) Burks, Blue Grass; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Bingaman, St. Louis, Mo., and Mrs. Clara Campbell, Fulton, Mo., 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, two husbands, one son, two brothers, and two sisters. Visitation will begin Saturday evening at the funeral home.
