MUSCATINE, Iowa
Maria Trinidad Cabrera ,95, of Muscatine, died Saturday, Oct, 21, 2000, at the Unity Hospital in Muscatine.

Services will be at Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Muscatine Memorial Park. Following the service there will be a luncheon in the Community room at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cabrera was born on July 25, 1905, in St. Catarina, Guanajuato, Mexico, the daughter of Mariano and Felix Villela Lugo. In 1922 she married Jose Cabrera in Mexico.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, cooking, making crafts, and helping family and friends with homeopathic remedies.

Survivors include her six children, Sabas Cabrera and Lazaro Cabrera, both of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Pedro Cabrera of Rio Verde, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Sabina Calderon, Leobarda Saucedo and Ventura Loya of Muscatine; 29 grandchildren; 88 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sons, four daughters, one sister, one half-sister, and one half-brother.
