MUSCATINE - Helen E. Walsch, 83, of Muscatine, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999 at the Muscatine Care Center.

Graveside services and burial will be held at the McHenry County Memorial Park Cemetery in Woodstock, Ill.

Visitation will be at Geo. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home.

She was born Feb. 10, 1916, in Muscatine, the daughter of Frank F. and Jessie Mae Mills Stalkfleet. She married Raymond Walsh in Woodstock, Ill., in 1956. She was a homemaker and very active in the Woodstock VFW.

Survivors include five brothers; Harold Stalkfleet of Crowley Texas, Lee Stalkfleet of Muscatine, Frank Stalkfleet of Nichols, Cecil Stalkfleet of Nichols and Leroy Stalkfleet of Muscatine; and four sisters, Vera Jean Gerling of Columbus City, Donna Merchant of Muscatine, Gladys Rowe of Wapello and Mary Mize of Arkansas; one sister-in-law, Vera Niewerth, Bellevue. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three brothers, Lloyd, Art and Donnie; and one sister, Dorothy.
No relation
