WEST LIBERTY - Wesley Don Blair, 34 of Hudson, Wis., formerly of West Liberty, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 1999, near Chester following an automobile accident.

Services will be at the Cedar Valley United Methodist Church in rural West Liberty. The Rev. Marilyn Winch officiated. Burial will be at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in West Liberty.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the student exchange program @ AFS-USA Inc.

Mr. Blair was born on May 21, 1965, in Iowa City, the son Marvin and Donna Eichelberger Blair.

He graduated from West Liberty High School in 1983. He graduated from Kirkwood Community College in international business and received his bachelor's of business degree from the University of Iowa in 1995. Immediately after high school he was an AFS exchange student to Husavik, Iceland. He later returned to Iceland and took classes at the University of Iceland at Reykjavik. In June he accepted a position with Air Express International in Minneapolis, Minn. and moved to Hudson, Wis.

He was a member of the Cedar Valley United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his parents, Marvin and Donna Blair of West Liberty; two sisters, Marsha Farmer and husband, Craig, of Arnold, Mo. and Brenda Pelzer and husband, Mark, of Atalissa; two brothers, Jeff Blair and wife, Sandy, of Kirkville; and Allan Blair and wife, Jennifer, of Letts; three nieces and six nephews; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
