Funeral services for Mrs. Helen G. Thuman will be held Dec. 6 at 2:30 p.m. at Fairbanks
Home for Funerals. Rev. William Gluck, Jr. of Andalusia will officiate and burial will be
in Memorial Park.
Visitation will start at 10 a.m. Friday.
Mrs. Thuman, 59, died Wednesday at the University hospital, Iowa City.
Born Sept. 5, 1910, she was the daughter of Perry and Emma McChestney Keller. She was a
member of the Pocanontas lodge.
She married Gustav Thuman, who survives her.
Other survivors include a son, Donald Smith, Columbia, Ga.;
two daughters, Mrs. Marie Pulliaim, and Mrs. Violet Louise Kauffman. Muscatine;
a brother, Harold Keller, Muscatine; three sisters, Mrs. Louis Mosby,
Pasadena, Calif.; lola Greiner, Muscatine; and Mrs. Fred Larson,
Andalusia, III. ; and nine grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents 5 sisters and brothers.
