MRS. EMMA SCHELL

Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Schell, 86, of 805 Liberty Street, are pending at the George M. Wittich Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Zion cemetery, Cedar County.

Mrs. Schell died at 4:15 am today at River View Heights Nursing Home.

Visitation will begin after 2 pm Sunday at the funeral home.

Born July 22, 1882 at Iowa City, she was a daughter of John and Anna Rickie Cizek. A former Cedar County resident, she had lived here 35 years.

Enma Cizek married Jacob E. Schell in 1902 at Tipton.

Survivors are five sons, Fred and James of Muscatine, George of Hannibal, John of Milan and Clarence of Phoenix; four daughters, Mrs. John (Florence) Timm of Muscatine, Mrs. Verle (Evelyn) Stratton and Mrs. Claude (Bernice) Williams, both of Davenport, and Mrs. Raymond (Gladys) Hayes of Princeton, Ill; two brothers, Fred Cizek and Charles Cizek, both of Cedar Rapids; also 24 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two daughters and one son.
