Woman's Death Check Continues
Sheriff Chet McCune reported this morning the investigation of the death of Mrs. Mabel James, 42, Shenandoah, is not yet completed. Mrs. James was found dead Friday morning in a Red Oak apartment. For the past six years she has been secretary of the U.S. Soil Conservation area office at Shenandoah. She is survived by one son, Robert, now serving with the US Forces in Germany; a daughter, Mrs. Dan (Beverly) Parks, Panama City, Fla., a sister, Mrs. Pearl Parket, Denver; a brother, Ellis Craig, Omaha and her mother, Mrs. Myrtle Craig, Shenandoah.
