Funeral services for Grace Lorene Robinson, 81, Red Oak, were Saturday, Jan. 2, at First Baptist Church in Red Oak with Rev. Fred Jones officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery. Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Miss Robinson died Tuesday, ( Dec. 29, 1998) at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital in Red Oak.

She was born July 4, 1917, in Red Oak to David and Mildred ( Boggess) Robinson. She was raised and lived all her life in Red Oak. She graduated fron Red Oak High School in 1935 and went to work for the Thomas D. Murphy Calendar Company as secretary to the superintendents. She worked there for 43 years retiring in 1977. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, 15-20 year club of Thos. D. Murphy and had been a member of the of BPW since 1948. She became a resident of the Vista Gardens Care Center in August 1997.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Donald.

Survivors include cousins, Jim Boggess and his wife, Effie, of Villisca, and Kathryn Ann Ralston and her husband, Dick, of Boulder, CO., other cousins, good neighbors and friends.
