March 24, 2015Laurena Dunn, 95, Nodaway,died Thursday, March 19, 2015 at CHI Health-Mercy Hospital in Corning.
Laurena May ( Focht ) Dunn, the daughter of Maurice Cleveland and Grace Pearl ( Hull ) Focht, was born Dec. 18, 1919 in Pilot Grove Township in Montgomery County, Iowa.
Laurena was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert,, and son, Robert Dunn II in 2004.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Sanburn, Lenox, sons, Kent Dunn, El Dorado, Calif. and Stanley, Nodaway, nine grandchildren, 11 great grand-children, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Monday, March 23, 2015, at Nodaway United Methodist Church in Nodaway. Memorials may be directed to Nodaway United Methodist Church, Online condolences may be left at pearsonfuneralhomes.com.
