March 24, 2015Richard Wesley Mantz, 91, Overland Park, Kan. died Monday, march 16, 2015, at Regency Park in Carroll.
Richard Mantz was born Sept. 18, 1924, in Clarion, the son of Samuel and Clara ( Perkett ) Mantz.
He was preceded in death by his parents, andtwo sons, Robert and Ryan Mantz.
Richard is survived by his wife, Doris of Overland Park, son, Randy Mantz, Carroll, two step-sons, Bruce Peterson, Overland Park, and Joe Peterson, Bedford, step-daughter, Cindy Dremwright, Shawnee, Kan. and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services were Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at the Carl Cemetery near Carl. Military honors were conducted by the U.S. Navy Funeral Detail.
