MRS. JOHN GRIFFIN OF STENNETT, DIED TODAY IN HOSPITAL

Mrs. John B. Griffin, 42, a resident of the Stennett vicinity, died this morning at Iowa City, where she had been for the past three of four weeks for medical treatment. She had been a patient at the Red Oak hospital prior to going there. The body accompanied by her husband, will arrive here tomorrow, but at this time no funeral arrangements have been made.

Mrs. Griffin leaves her husband and eight children, seven daughters and one son. The children are Vernon, Dorothy, Nora, Agnes, Goldie, Ruby and Mrs. Marion Henderson at home and Mrs. Ray Cossins living in Missouri.

Mrs. Griffin whose maiden name was Nina Ingraham, lived for many years at Villisca. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Ingraham.
