RUBY DARLENE GRIFFIN DIES

Ruby Darlene Griffin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Griffin was born near Stennett, Iowa, June 25, 1926 and died at her father's home near Pleasant Lawn, August 12, 1933 at the age of 7 years, 1 month and 17 days.

One sister and her mother preceded her in death.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her father, John B. Griffin, seven sisters,Mrs. Ray Cossins, Parnell Mo., Mrs. Marion Henderson, Red Oak, Iowa, Mrs. Alfred Lenhardt, Red Oak, Iowa, Mrs. Ray Lasley, Clearmont Mo., Agnes and Goldie at home and brother, Vernon Griffin at home.

The funeral services were held at the Elliot Church of Christ, conducted by Rev. Henry *Each. Music was furnished by Mrs. Blanche Carroll Florence Chandler and Mrs. B.C. Pogue.

The year was left unfinished when she went, Bleak days had passed, and trembling Spring,

Had just awakened everything.

But Oh, what beauty her young life has meant,

What calm completeness and content.
