Hi, cousin:

I just found out that the original family name was Hafner, and also that my g-g-grandfather George Hafner was from the Baden area of Germany. Any news on Monona Cty in Iowa? Apparently my g-grandfather Henry Hoffner settled there, but his property was flooded by the Missouri; they lost everything and moved back to Illinois.
