CALVIN I GODSEY

Funeral services for Calvin I. Godsey, 56, Whiting, la., farmer who died Saturday in a Sioux City hospital after a short illness, will be held 2:30 p. m. Wednesday at the Masonic hall in Sloan. Rev. M. E. Miller of Sloan will officiate. Burial be in the Sloan cemetery where the Masonic and American Legion rituals will be conducted.

The body will remain at Perasso Bros, funeral home until time for services.

Mr. Godsey was born September 18, 1889. He was a veteran of world war 1 and a member of the American Legion and the Masonic lodge, both at Whiting.

Survivors include the widow, Mary, and a son, Maurice, in the marines; a daughter, Miss Betty Godsey of Sioux City; five brothers, Ike of Osage, Minn.; Darwin and Nick, both of Aloha, Wash.; B. G. of Audubon, and C. W. of Whiting.

Pallbearers for the funeral of Calvin L. Godsey, 56, Whiting, la., who died in a Sioux City hospital Saturday, will be N. W, Topf, Joe Clark, Henry Lamareaux, Paul Manz, Cvril Miquelson and Cy Towns.

Services will be held at the Masonic hall in Sloan, at 2:30 p. m. Wednesday, with Rev, M. E. Miller of Sloan officiating. American Legion services will be conducted at the graveside in Sloan Perasso Bros. funeral nome is directing arrangements.
