Pamela Kay Casperson, 58

Okeechobee – Pamela Kay Casperson died March 27, 2018. She was born June 2, 1959 in Onawa, Iowa to Royce and Edith (Benjamin) Beck. A resident of Okeechobee for 31 years, she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She taught Sunday School at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for 22 years, worked for Waste Management for over 20
years, and volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters. She loved cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Mrs. Casperson is survived by her husband of 38 years, Gary Casperson; sons, Ryan Casperson (Miranda), Kevin Casperson, and Cody Casperson (Ashley Parker), all of Okeechobee; grandchildren, Elissa and Ethan; brothers, Jim Beck (Lori), Bill Beck (Catrina), and Mike Beck (Bridgett), all of Onawa, Iowa; and sister, Cathy Carlson (Dennis), of Hampton, Iowa.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2018 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee
Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Sean Mulcahy officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

All arrangements are entrusted to the direction and care of the Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home, 400 North Parrott Avenue, Okeechobee, Florida, 34972.
