James R. Marne, 88, died Monday, Nov. 20, in Omaha, Neb. He was born July 30, 1929, in Ute.

James is survived by wife, Mildred R. “Millie” Marne; daughter, Marianne Marne; sons, Steven Marne (Debbie) and David Marne (Cheryl); two grandchildren, Ashley and Brittany; sister-in-law, Margaret Marne.

The family will receive friends on Friday, Nov. 24, from 5-7 p.m., at Mary Our Queen Catholic Church in Omaha, Neb., followed by Vigil Service at 7 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, Nov. 25, at 10 a.m., at Mary Our Queen Catholic Church in Omaha, Neb.

Interment: Bohemian Cemetery, Omaha, Neb., with military honors by American Legion Post #1.

Memorials will be directed by the family.
