Paullina, Iowa -- Mrs. Gilbert (Genevieve L) Hollister, 69 of Paullina, died Monday in a hospital at Primghar. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the First Presbyterian Church at Paullina. The Rev. Carl Soderberg will officiate. Burial will be in Prairie View Cemetery under direction of the Gaudian-Eldridge Funeral Home of Paullina.

Mrs. Hollister, the former Genevieve Carmen, born April 10, 1912 in Monona County.

She was married March 30, 1929, at Onawa. They lived in Paullina for many years. Mr. Hollister died December 31, 1977.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Sidney (Lois) Hoover of Sioux City, Mrs. Walter (Marian) Mau and Miss Barbara, both of Paullina; two sons, Robert of Oklahoma City, Okla. And James of Walnut Ridge, Ark.; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Mrs. Kizzie Petersen and one brother, Charles, both of Sioux City.
