Susan Marie Oregon Des After Long Illness Sunday

Susan Marie Oregon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Oregon of Mapleton, was born September 21, 1901 at Sioux City and died Sunday, March 1, 1964 at her home following a long illness.

Survivors include the parents. Two sisters, Sheryl and Lori both at home, a brother, Steve; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Oregon of Oto, and maternal grandfather, Harley Payne of Mapleton.

Services were held Tuesday, March 3, 1964 at 1 p.m. At St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mapleton with Rev. A.H. Ocken officiating. Burial was at St. Joseph cemetery in Anthon.
