On May 2, 2002, Shirley Mae (Porter) Puskas died at her home in Addieville, Illinois. There were no services, she was cremated.

Shirley was born on April 10, 1934 in Onawa, Iowa to Charles 0 and Margaret (Cole) Porter. She graduated from Onawa Public School in 1952 and enlisted in the Air Force. She met and married James Puskas in June 1954. They had 3 sons, James, Curtis & Russell. They later divorced.

She is survived by her sons and grandchildren, 3 sisters; Kathy & Larry Sisson; Sally & Wilbur Stum and Charlene Porter, 2 brothers; Marion and Lucille Porter and Kenny Porter, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother Charles 0 Porter, Jr.

She will be missed.
