ONAWA, Ia. — Special: Funeral services for Ervin Meeker, 55, a former resident here who died Friday at Deming, N. M., after suffering a heart attack, will be at 2 p.m. in. next Friday at the Pearson funeral home here. Rev. Everett Epperson will officiate and burial will be in the Little Sioux, Ia. cemetery.

Mr. Meeker was born September 16, 1907, in Monona county. He resided in this area until going to New Mexico about eight years ago.

Survivors are the widow, Mae; four sons, Leo of Las Vegas, Nev., Cleo of Stockton, Cal., Darrell of Manteca, Cal., and Doyle of Onawa; two daughters, Mrs. Wanda Hanks of Manteca, and Mrs. Romona Woods of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother, Clifford of Persia, Ia., and a sister, Mrs. Goldie Bowman of South Sioux City, Neb.
